Make your body bulletproof so it can withstand the test of long tournament days and weeks of practice to make the most of every touch on the ball. SandFit training is a one hour session where we blend fitness training and beach skills to improve our game readiness.
SandFit workouts are strategically programmed to compliment our practice progressions.
Format
The first 45 minutes are typically a progression/combination of conditioning, strength training, plyometrics, vert training, and change of direction. Last 10-15 min will dive directly into game play to compete in high pressure situations while their bodies are fatigued. This simulates end of tournament championship game play and performance.
